EmPower Nigeria

Our Mission

We are committed to providing a sustainable foundation by installing small scale solar farms (1 MW) in rural power starved communities around Nigeria that will help foster local entrepreneurship and skill development, enabling individuals to prosper and grow economically. By promoting self sufficiency, resilience and long term sustainability, we strive to uplift underserved communities across Nigeria. Through education, innovation and the adoption of clean energy, we aim to build a more equitable and energy secure world for all Nigerians.

Empowering Nigeria one community at a time.

EmPower with Power

As of 2025, over 90 million Nigerians—approximately 39% of the country’s estimated 230 million population—lack access to electricity, the highest number globally. Even among those connected to the national grid, reliable power remains scarce. Only about 13% of Nigerians report having consistent and dependable electricity, with reliability even lower in rural areas and among low-income households. While 89% of urban residents have access to electricity, less than one-third of rural dwellers are connected. Although both public and private initiatives are working to address this challenge, substantial investment and infrastructure development are still needed to achieve universal and reliable electricity access across the country.
